I am having a similar problem, but instead of left, FSiPanel is registering unsafe landings to the right for me even when the deviation graph shows me on the center at the end.

I tried the "Rando" button (I'm guessing the "M" is cut off on my display.) today to select an ICAO for landing. The Random Airport dialog opened as expected.

But when I enter "United States of America" for the Country field and select search, I get an error saying that FSiPanel is unable to find a ...

I received your email regarding the need to enable "Flying Tips" to get FSiPanel instructions working. IMO that works as a workaround, but I hope it's not a permanent necessity. Enabling "Flying Tips" causes a lot of messages to appear that experienced simmers likely don't want to see ever.

I just bought FSiPanel and I'm enjoying its features. It's nice to be able to set up landings so easily!

However, I have a little issue with ILS data in the program. It seems to misidentify the kind of ILS available at least in some airports. For example, this is what I have for KLAX:
