Can you check if your file config.xml in FSiPanel directory has an entry for the PMDG 737 as below (just an example, your path might be different)

<PMDG_737_Path_V5>C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\PMDG\PMDG 737 NGXu</PMDG_737_Path_V5>

It is not possbile yet to use FSiPanel on a tablet IOS or Android, this option is on the TODO list for 2022.

I will have a look at it, it seems to be an issue extracting information from BGL file on MSFS.
I work now on an alternative way that could fix this issue.

Just reinstall FSiPanel to your new PC.

If you get a license issue, send me an email to support at fsipanel.com with your order number and I will deregister manually your old PC.
