This is a known issue with the FBW MOD using custom offsets.
I'm about to release an update with a new method to take over control on the A320 NEO.

Hi Brian,

Circuits are not available on FSiPanel 2020, it was a feature rarely used.
Best way is to fly it manually or with automation with or without the FMC.

Were you using circuit mode on previous version of FSiPanel ?

Problem comes after a custom database update, version 17 should fix it.

Please try now with latest version, you will have to update DB first.
