Cannot LogIn

It seems my sign in password doesn't work - it may be on my end. However, when I go through the steps to reset I enter my email, then get a page that says "Error: Incorrect CAPTCHA. Press your browser's back button and try again." But, there is no CAPTCHA anywhere on the password reset page . . .
