Snapshot for Aerosoft A320 Professional

Hi,
I have 2 questions:
1) The "Take Snapshot" feature is grayed out for Aerosoft A320 Professional? Is this correct?
2) I am using the Thrustmaster TCA throttle quadrant and side stick for the Airbus. The thrust reversers will NOT engage after the landing. However, if I place the aircraft at the same runway with running engines via P3DV4, I can engage the thrust reversers! Has anyone else had this problem?
