Hello
I just purchased the FSPanel full license for MSFS 2020.
I was able to install the software, follwoiing the instructions stoped the AV, successfully registerred the program (inserted the license, my email address and name were retrieved, I got the verification code in the email, inserted it and got a message that the licensing process is SUCESSFULL!!!)
However, when I start the program I get a message "FSPannel can not retrieve license information. Please check your internet connection and try again".
1. My Internet Coinnection is perfectly fine.
2. I tried completelly disabling the AV temporarily
3. I added exception for the program in Windows Defender Firewal.
4. I even tried disabling the firewal
Still the program does NOT start and displays the same message.
I am not sure what else I can do. There is NOTHING on my PC that would be blocking the program.
Not a good first impression so far...
Watching the demo videos on youtube and had high expectation for the program...

Nope, not at all.
I replied to the email, not sure if am am expected to reply here as well.
I disabled Windows AV protection, disabled Windows Firewall (all three profiles), I disabled AV' firewall (I am using Kaspersky) and the AV itself.
There is nothing else left that could be blocking the application.
This is the first time I am having such issue with an app
What else can I try?
