Sorry for late replies these days I've been on the road for work.
Have you tried disabling McAffee just for 5 minutes ?

It doesn't work because FSiPanel can not access it's own database in the appdata folder for an unknown reason.

I'm on my way home, I will give you some commands to try to check access to the database.

Hi,

Please open command line and try the following:
SQLLocalDB info

You should see v11.0 and maybe some other lines.

Then type sqllocaldb info v11.0 [ENTER]

You should see some information about the SQL local DB 2012 and you should be the owner.
State : Stopped

then Type : sqllocaldb s v11.0 [ENTER]
This command should start the SQL local DB server
check it by typing : sqllocaldb info v11.0 [ENTER]

Do you see State : Running ???

If yes, please try to start FSiPanel.

Hi again,

I'm kind of stuck here,

You're the only one having this issue so far, it looks like something is different on your system and it is hard for me to troubleshoot it.
Another user had a kind of similar issue but it was on Win10 and access to AppData folder was blocked by the OS not allowing FSiPanel to access its database, it doesn't seems to be the case on your computer.

So you confirm FSiPanel didn't start at all? always stuck with "Checking requirements" ?

It is really frustrating.

I even tried to uninstall MS SQL server 2014 then install again MS SQL server 2012 with no success. Stuck in "checking requirements" again and again.

Hello again,

it seems I could find a workaround which made possible to reinstall FSiPanel17 and get rid of annoying "Check requirements" loop. Even If SQL Server 2012 was uninstalled, some files were still kept in the following folder:

C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server Local DB\Instances\v11.0

By deleting it I got chance at reinstalling FSiPanel17 and subsequent "Check requirement" to enter the License Key input display (which never happened before). Once key typed in, I was asked to write a verification code ("We've just sent you an email to *** please check your inbox for the verification code"). The problem is that I receive no mail so far. Using original code is not working. I sent you details through "admin@fsipanel.com"

Looking forward advise.

Open your email and check for the verification code, maybe in the SPAM folder?

Type this code and your software will be registered.

Hello,

still stuck. I've been checking intallation manual to see what difference may justify I'm not receiving the mail with verification code.

Just to recall that I reinstalled FSiPanel in a new computer.

1.- Start FSiPanel2017, then, after checking requirements, it shows a window for license key (serial number)
2.- Input license key in above mentioned window then press "Check license online". At that point it is supposed to receive back a new window with the serial entered before plus personal details to be confirmed such as name, country and so on. This is not happening I guess because I am already registered with the same serial since I installed the program for the first time. So what it pops up is the verification code window instead, the one telling I am going to receive an email with the code which never arrives...

Please advise
