FSIPanel will not set ILS at KSNA

Hello,
Today with the updated version of FSiPanel I tried to set up a Long Final to KSNA RWY 20. This has per Navigraph has 2 ILS approaches. When selecting Long Final FSiPanel just chooses RWY 20 and when it sets up the Course is 000, should be 196 and the frequency is 110.5 which is what the default loading frequency is. Should be 111.75. No offer of alternative approaches, ie RNAV. although they exist. ILS is preferred approach per default setup for PMDG 737. Looks like it is asking me to do a VFR approach and hand fly.
I have the latest Navigraph AIRAC.
I set up an approach at KLAX 24R and it correctly set up the ILS for that runway.

Tried it again at KSNA with update and it worked perfectly to setup the ILS approach!

I came here to ask about the same problem, but at a different airport. With the PMDG 737-700 + Navigraph.

It *seemed* like the priority was being ignored. I had also pushed RNAV to the top of the list but ILS was selected\configured.

As a general note: I haven't visited these forums in a long while, but I've been using FSiPanel and enjoying it a great deal. Thank you so much for such a useful, feature rich product, and for the ongoing support/development. Excellent stuff!!!!
