GenAviation With Cessna 172

Question regarding the initialization of the G1000 in the General aviation. When I load at KPBF, RUNWAY 18. The G1000 Altimeter shows 2000, but the Alt pre-select shows 1000. Not sure it matters, but just thought I would advise of this.

Thanks for your message and picture.
FSiPanel was not able to set G1000 altitude but aircraft was at correct altitude 2000ft, is that right?
