FSLabs A320: flaps and approach not selected

Following some recent updates, my FSIPanel no longer sets the approach in the MCU (only the airport, not the ILS) and also no longer sets the flaps/gear during the repositioning. (The repositioning itself still works.)

Any ideas what might be wrong?

Yes, although I hadn't used FSiPanel for a while, so am not sure which FSLabs update may be responsible.

Just flew couple of approaches on FSLabs, no issues at all.
Can you check that FSUIPC is up and running on your system.
