Accuracy of reports at airports with Custom Scenery

I have been using FSiPanel regularly on flights to 'rate my landing' and it's a very helpful tool. However I have often found that the centreline result in particular seems rather harsh. I also have been using a replay tool to record landings so that I can study them and get screenshots afterwards. In some cases I have managed a centreline touchdown (main gear making contact with runway) that has been reported as 3-4m off centre, and this evening I executed a landing that was about 2 metres to the left of the centreline that the report gave a 'perfect- on centreline' rating. I have noticed similar issues with landing length, sometimes being given a long landing or satisfactory for a touchdown that is clearly at the heart of the touchdown zone.
I'm beginning to thing that the discrepancy is related to custom scenery where the runways are often slightly differently aligned to the default MSFS scenery. Could this be the reason? Is there any way around it?

Well the example of the landing that appeared to be to the left of the centreline but was given a 'perfect' centre line rating was Rw26L at Gatwick with the Origami Studios/Inibuilds scenery.

PS I should also note that landing short of the piano keys generally gives a -score on landing length and a very good /perfect dark green rating- surely some mistake here?

Had another example today, the wildest I have seen- Using the Orbx Stockholm Arlanda scenery, an approach and landing on RW26. The report told me I was 9.1m right of the centre line, yet checking the replay, I have a screenshot that shows nosewheel on the centreline!

One more example- at a windy Schiphol this evening with the Fenix 320 landing on 18R, I was right of centre, but the report gave me 'centreline'. Scenery is the new Fly Tampa EHAM. I've added a shot that is daylight adjusted too.

What if you try to fly a stock airport of MSFS, do you have the same errors on landings?

The more I investigate, the more I think this is indeed the case. Not every third party scenery is affected, but just those that make adjustments to runway positions compared to the default airport data.

What if you try to fly a stock airport of MSFS, do you have the same errors on landings?

I generally try and avoid default airports and use either payware or freeware sceneries from flightsim.to
However I did recently fly into the Asobo Madrid LEMD from the Premium Deluxe version of MSFS and was awarded a close to centreline landing report for this (18L) , which suggests that 'default' airports may well be unaffected.

FSiPanel takes all the airports / runways information from Navigraph DB, I suspect that third parties sceneries might modify a little bit the runway position. I will see if I can use another method to compute the lateral offset, maybe using the localizer if available.
