Dublin to Heathrow

Post by Bazz Young »

Hi there - for some unknown reason, I cannot load the latest Dublin to Heathrow training mission? All other missions with all aircraft work fine but when I click the launch button that normally starts the loading sequence to the aircraft, it just crashes FsiPanel? Any help gratefully received..

Ok thanks, can you try to import the scenario again for the aircraft you would like to fly?

Open the scenario Manager, select PMDG 737-800 for example, click on the Dublin scenario and Download.
It will install a fresh one, they try it.

Same issue ?

If yes, when FSiPanel closes, send me the file log.txt at support at fsipanel.com

Hi J-P, and greetings from Australia. I loaded a new Dublin scenario for the 737-800 as you suggested, and tried to launch in MSFS with the battery and ground power as normal, but unfortunately with the same result - FsiPanel simply crashes/closes.
Unfortunately, I do not know how to find (or where to look) for the file log.txt that you requested. Can you help me do that?

Thanks

Thanks, the file is in FSiPanel directory, where the software is installed.
Make sure to send me the file just after FSiPanel had crashed, new file created on every FSiPanel startup.

Cheers,

Hey,

Thanks for the info, that looks strange, can you download for example the latest scenario CCM351 in Marseille, do you have same result?
Did you change something on your joystick or audio configuration ?

A good idea would be to delete config.xml in FSiPanel directory, then restart FSiPanel, set your scenarios settings, PTT, Say again, etc.
Try to download and fly a scenario.

Hi J-P - here's the log.txt file for the LFML flight which works perfectly. The EIDW flight still crashes FSIPanel despite having deleted the config.xml file and restarting the scenario settings.
Still hoping there may be a solution? Have a great weekend...

Hi,

Could you try the following:
  • Delete the file scenarios.db
  • Start FSiPanel, go to SETUP / Scenario Manager and import the Dublin Scenario for the aircraft you want to fly
Try now, same error ??
