Fenix integration re EFB Controls

Post by auditdata »

The setting the position starts but then says "Set Scrolling Acceleration to off in the EFB" However it is set to off.
Any ideas. It eventually errors again saying unable to alter MCDU but after some time it does and eventually works.

Hi,

I guess you're using a WinWing FCU ?
If that is the case, please make sure to set your FCU altitude increment to 100ft steps instead of 1000ft.

I have the same issue (also own winwing fcu) but changing control from 1000 to 100 doesn't help. I can see in the simulator that it is changing from 1000 to 100, so the control is working. I am on fs2024 with fsipanel for 2024.

Sorry if it does not work with winWing, I cannot make the software compatible with all hardware on the market.

I have myself a winWing that I purchased to troubleshoot the issue and setting scrolling acceleration OFF and the physical FCU switch to 100ft fixed the issue.

It seems that it helped as well other pilots. Wondering what is different on your setup?! FCU altitude is not set correctly?
