Installing FSIPanel 2024 - Stuck on Activation screen

Hi,
I sent an email already but the auto response suggested posting here as well.

I'm trying to install FSIPanel 2024 after recently creating my license as a previous owner of 2020. I downloaded and installed FSIPanel 2024, but when I run it and get the activation screen asking for my license code and I paste it in, I'm stuck. I've tried clicking the activate button and pressing enter, but nothing happens.

I also note that nothing related to FSIPanel 2024 has been installed in my MSFS2024 community folder.

I've tried uninstalling / reinstalling as administrator with all windows anti-virus deactivated, and then running as administrator. No matter what, it seems I can't get past this activation screen.

I have exactly the same problem - is anyone reading this forum? I notice that OP has not had a response.
