Scrolling Acceleration Error

Hello, sometimes I get this error message telling me to switch off the “Scrolling Acceleration” in the EFB, because otherwise the “Move”-process cannot be continued.
I have not activated this option at all and it doesn't help to switch it on and off again. And so FSiPanel cannot move the airplane and I have to abort.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
