Program still not loading aircraft

I have been at this for some time now but no luck. I am using the iFly 737MAX 8 in FS2020. I have watched the FSiPanel tutorial video for the 737MAX and have followed it to the "T". When I click on "move AC", the program starts with a message that it is setting up the aircraft. The flaps get set, the altimeter gets set and then it stops - nothing gets entered into the FMC, AP panel and radios. The plane starts dropping while banking to the left - the message remains that it is setting up the approach but the plane continues to drop and crashes. What could be causing this? I see other folks are using it without any problems! Please help!

Hi,

Could you tell me which version of the iFly 737 MAX8 you have installed ?
You can see that on the iFly Manager
