Spoke too soon..............as indicated above it worked fine last night - for one test flight - just tried setting up another flight - and the same issue - 'align your IRS first' - is stopping me. Surely, the solution is not too delete my config.xml file each time I want to use PMDG 737-800 with FSiPanel?

Any further suggestions?

Was it on the same serie? -800 -700, ?
FSiPanel needs to activate the SDK on all series.

Just had another flight in the same series - 737-800 using FSiPanel - seems to work if I load the plane first on to the runway - and then open FsiPanel. Pretty sure that was not the case beforehand?

Tried everything here but also getting that error.

Also it's not reading the weight of the airplane properly. Setup KG's in fsipanel and still tries to show and enter weights in LBS.

Trying my other install of msfs now, maybe that helps. Running 2 versions steam and store.

OKay it works in the steam version. Could it be possible to add a selection to get it working in the store version? My steam version is running the msfs alpha version for SU11 and the msfs is running public beta.

Or a possible work around to get it working in the store version.

Do you use FSiPanel on both platforms? (Same machine)?

As FSiPanel detects 737 working directory and saves it, if you then launch the other sim, FSiPanel will be lost as it will use the files from the other platform...

Yeah same machine, they run a shared community folder. But for some reason the alpha on steam works flawless and the msfs store version gives the irs error. The controlling of the fmc works because it can change the weights.

I run the msfs version most of the time and was also on first launch. But got the irs error.

Loading steam alpha worked immediately.

Yes because FSiPanel has activated the SDK only on one version of your 737.
And as you probably have 2 imputs in the registry for your 2 version of MSFS, it is quite a special setup.
