FsiPanel not showing in MSFS24

Hi all,
I have used FsiPanel in 2020 heaps and love it, now that I'm using MSFS 2024 I'm having issues. The FsiPanel that usually shows on the in game menu isn't there, so its not connecting to FSiPanel, it just says "waiting for sim connect". I have tried an uninstall and reinstall.
Any thoughts?

Are you using FSiPanel 2024 on the new sim ?
