PMDG 737NGXu

Post by SquadronLeader » Sun Dec 15, 2019 7:29 am

Hi

Yesterday, I loaded the new PMDG 737NGXu as one of my aircraft, and then made several approaches and landings. This morning when I opened
FsiPanel to select the aircraft - it was no longer listed !!!. All other aircraft were showing correctly. Not sure why it has disappeared, but I am sure you will take a look JP

Hi,

As J-P stated in his e-mail, NGXu and QW787 add-ons were only temporary free to use. Here is a copy of his statement
Both addons are FREE to use until Dec 14th, a credit per addon will be required from Dec 15th.

So just buy a credit(s) and activate you add-on. That's it.

Thank you for your response - but I have plenty of credits - and used one of them to activate the selected aircraft - the problem still exists.

Hi,

In this case there might be an issue that J-P needs to address. For me personaly NGXu activated just fine.
You could try to re-install FSiPanel who knows it might help.

Cheers

Hi,

As explained by sunny, the 787 and the NGXu were free to use for a week.

To check which aircraft are activated, go to Setup/license information. You should see the NGXu if you used a credit to activate it.

Cheers,

J-P

Hi JP and a Merry Christmas,
Im 95% certain that on or around the 13th I added the NGXu in FSiPanel and used a licence to do so. now when I went to fly it today it says it's not Licenced.
Now It could be me and I may be confused :D It certainly wouldn't be the first time! but I'm sure added it and completed a landing

I was wondering if it's possible that if a licence was added before the free period ended that it became de-activated at the end of that period?
Regards
Brian
