Advanced edition frustration

I've been using standard edition for a while to practice landings. I just bought the advanced edition to do scenarios in the MSFS 2020 PMDG 737's. So far, I've tried the RNAV RNP 19 at KDCA and can't get it to work at all. In the B737-700 the FMS was loading a flight from Mexico to San Diego. I thought maybe it had something to do with an old saved cockpit state, so i tried the 737-800 and the FMS doesn't load any flight. Eventually I get the message to hold my brakes but even before I touch the brakes, the aircraft nose dives toward the ground. Then I tried scenario #1 Short IFR flight out of EDDF, but again, the FMS doesn't load anything, not even the basic route, SID or approaches. Tried rebooting the PC and starting over, but same result. I've also tried different liveries, including the standard PMDG one. Any suggestions?

Hi Ken,

Could you try one of the latest scenario to see if you have a general issue, like LH350 or EZS873 for example, do you have the same issue? You can also try the circling approach on LYTV, same issue with FMS?

Tried LYTV but same problem. FMS starts to do stuff but ultimately ends up blank with no route or info and eventually into a nose dive. However I discovered if I go into “panel state load” and manually select 000FSI preset it does load and then it works. However, I’m also having issues with ATC sound on LYTV. The controller sounds like he is talking in slow motion and it’s unreadable. I have video of all of this but it won’t let me attach due to file size.
