Issues setting up PMDG

Greetings.
Just bought FSiPanel advanced.
I have watched many video tutorials how to set up PMDG 737 and I was unable to set up any of my flights. I have tried like 10 of them and nothing worked as I expected. Many times the aircraft keeps bouncing on final approach and I just do not see the info stating that aircraft is ready to fly. I have to terminate the flight.
Whatever locations I tried to set up were wrong. None of the fixes/navaids were correct. The aircraft ends up at a wrong location.
All altitude were wrong by several thousand feet.
I am also confused how and when I should program the route and CDU. If I load the aircraft on a runway fully ready to go without loading CDU, and load the location in FSiPanel the route in CDU is empty, speeds are missing, performance missing. If I load CDU before takeoff and the then start FSiPanel, the route vanishes, landing speed vanishes, I only see PERF page partially empty. STAR is gone, whatever I enter in CDU is gone. Even if I follow exact same flight from the videos, nothing works. I wonder why does this program behaves so erratically?

Hi,

Did you restart MSFS and FSiPanel when FSiPanel detected your PMDG 737 for the first time?
Do you see PMDG 737 on the bottom left of FSiPanel main window?

Yes to both. I have followed steps from video tutorials and I still have issues. I may try to reinstall everything and start over.
